Licensor Susana Santiesteban finds violation WAC 110-300-0331likely valid for these reasons(s): The licensor conducted staff interviews, a staff member stated she observed the teacher in the allegation yell at the child, restrained the child on her lap, and threatened to hit the child. Another staff member stated she was told by the teacher in the allegation that she hit the child. The teacher in the allegation states she did not intentionally hit the child on the mouth/chin.
